We produce high-quality monoblock swimming pools in full vinylester. Thanks to our unique formula, where vinylester is applied in every layer combined with a honeycomb structure, we offer maximum insulation and lifelong resistance to osmosis.
The production process of LPW Pools swimming pools is fully automated. After the pool shell is cast, it is baked in an oven to complete the polymerization. Once cured, the shell is removed from the mold and prepared for further assembly.
In our factory, we personalize the pool shell with your chosen accessories, such as lighting, an automatic cover, inlets, a counter-current system and more.
This department is responsible for producing the PoolControl electrical control panel. This custom solution manages the various components of the installation. During this stage, the intelligent filtration program is also developed.
Every LPW Pools swimming pool undergoes a thorough quality check at the end of the production process. This ensures we deliver top-quality products and, most importantly, guarantee years of swimming enjoyment for our customers.
After production, the pool is transported by a certified logistics company directly to the construction site. Our Certified Partner and their specially trained team will then install the pool in just five days.
