Pool installation

The installation of your private swimming pool is fully carried out by your pool builder and their team of specialists. LPW Pools monoblock swimming pools can be installed and “swim-ready” in just 5 days from the start of the excavation works.

Installing a monoblock swimming pool is significantly faster than the installation of a traditional concrete pool, allowing you to enjoy your pool sooner with less hassle.

The pool installation process: step by step

  • Soil Analysis

In consultation with your pool builder, a soil analysis is first carried out to determine factors such as the groundwater level. If necessary, drainage will be provided, and the foundation will be adapted to the specific conditions of your site.

  • Swimming pool preperation

Your swimming pool is designed in Belgium at our factory in Aarschot. After your order is placed, the shell is manufactured according to your selected options. All our skilled craftsmen have extensive experience and receive regular technical training. They install the chosen accessories and perform a final quality check before the pool shell is transported to the construction site. Thanks to this thorough preparation, on-site installation runs smoothly—only five days separate the start of the groundwork from your first swim!

  • Transport

A specialized transport company delivers your dream pool using an open platform truck. This truck carries all the necessary materials for installation, including the LPW Pools shell and the automatic cover. The pool is unloaded as close as possible to the construction site. If the location is hard to reach, the pool builder and their technical team will offload the shell elsewhere and use a crane to position it correctly. In exceptional cases, a telescopic crane or even a helicopter may be used if there is no clear access to the site.

  • Groundworks

During this phase, the construction pit is excavated, and the connections to the technical room are established. The pool shell is positioned, leveled, and stabilized, with continuous monitoring during backfilling. Simultaneously, the pool is gradually filled with water. Stabilized sand is used for backfilling (150 kg of cement per m³) to ensure the shell remains firmly in place.

  • Technical Connections

All technical connections are made using high-quality materials. The pool builder installs and connects the technical components, such as the heat pump and filtration pump, ensuring that everything operates smoothly and efficiently.

  • Coping Stones and Automatic Cover System

A few days after the pool installation, the coping stones can be placed around the pool. The automatic cover is installed slightly later, once the pool is fully filled with water.
